Jayne was great with using past experiences to help students learn. She also was very attentive to each student and did a great job with help for those who needed it.

Jayne is a thorough instructor. She truly wants the students to learn and understand the material in the course. Jayne was attentive to the needs of students who were not native the US and took the time to ensure that the cultural differences were understood.

Jayne, you were great I feel you prepared us for the MA-C exam the best that you could considering we were the first in Columbus!
